Cooking Books.

we have very many cookbooks and it’s always fun to dip into them when we’re feeling the need to be inspired. A couple of weeks back, audrey had the itch to cook something new, so in a case of shameless self promotion I suggested looking through “Eat Street” which is the second book i co-wrote. Audrey was feeling hawaiin and took a crack at John Carruthers’ huli huli chicken. the original recipe is excellent as is so but we switched out the whole chicken for boneless thighs.
